What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

The advanced security features set Dokmee DMS apart from other products of the same type. With its two-factor authentication and 256-bit encryption, it ensures that only authorised personnel can access sensitive information. It also has detailed audit trails to track who accessed what records and when they did so. This helps to ensure that documents are not viewed or modified without permission. In addition, it offers active directory integration for easy user management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The security features of Dokmee DMS are what really stand out to me. It offers two-factor authentication and 256-bit encryption, making it almost impossible for unauthorized personnel to access sensitive information. The detailed audit trails also keep track of who has accessed the documents and when they did so, which is essential in preventing data leaks. In addition, the active directory integration allows for seamless user management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because some document file extensions cannot be read by this software, integration with other document generating programs like Microsoft Office or LibreOffice is not easy. Another problem is that I have to manually correct the layout of the older file extension since it will change it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before making a decision, I would suggest doing some research on other products to make sure that Dokmee DMS is the best option for you. You should also consider any compatibility issues you may have with your current system, as well as any specific features or capabilities that you may need. In the end, make sure that you are choosing a product that fits your needs and budget.

What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?

Dokmee DMS stands out from other document management systems because of its easy-to-use drag and drop feature. It has a user-friendly interface that simplifies the process of navigating, retrieving and sharing documents quickly. Its OCR technology allows for quick searches by eliminating manual indexing. You can also create secure folders in the cloud to store your documents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the dragged and dropped feature of Dokmee DMS. It makes it easy to store documents in folders or subfolders, simplifying the process of organizing and sorting documents quickly. This helps me save a lot of time when I'm trying to find specific files. The search engine is also incredibly fast, which has been a great help when I'm trying to find a specific document.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In contrast to other OCR tools that I have used from other software, the OCR function that can scan the text from physical documents is not that powerful since many of the text on the paper is not recognized by the program and it requires a manual from the user to identify the text character.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend Dokmee DMS for anyone looking for a document management system. It has an easy-to-use drag and drop feature with a user-friendly interface, making it simple to navigate and retrieve documents quickly. Its OCR technology eliminates the need for manual indexing and its advanced security features ensure that only authorized personnel can access sensitive information.
