What differentiates Dokmee DMS from other similar products?
This software system is quite straightforward to use and makes it easy to share documents. It integrates the precious ability to open and edit Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files. Simply produce workflows with rules-based document routing. It’s glorious client service. It’s a good level of security that enables access only to licensed users. Dokmee DMS is the best technique for storing and recovering my documents. All of my documents are saved on a cloud server that may be accessed from any device and isn’t restricted to one device only. The method of sharing or distributing the document is also completed by creating a personal link for it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Dokmee DMS is the best solution that I would like for managing and storing my document and files. The document capture feature that property me to convert my physical type document into digital form has built the document more accessible as all the documents are stored on the cloud storage, therefore making it accessible from any place and anytime.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The OCR feature that may scan the text from the physical document isn’t that powerful, as several of the text on the paper isn’t recognizable by the software system and it needs a manual from the user to identify the text character, unlike different OCR tools that I have used from another software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to set up your system for the future because going back to fix the initial setup is challenging! Also, ask various questions about best practices in electronic filing systems!

It appears that Dokmee's planned artificial intelligence frequently commits errors in data verification, making it occasionally challenging to retrieve the content we have kept on the system. Keeping copies of each file and copying the data from the secret keys has been the method identified.
