links with my diary and I can tailor time needed before I have a meeting with them

What do you dislike most about this product?

sometimes the app crashes/puts you offline and sets you as away quite quickly despite still getting notifications on the desktop

ease of use, helps arrange prospective meetings. Chatbox is friendly and is very helpful for alignment
