What differentiates Drip from other similar products?

Email sequencing and workflow automation

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workflow automation is easy to set up and highly effective. The emails sent via Drip have a relatively higher probability than other vendors to land in the primary mailbox.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Inability to integrate with top CRM systems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product itself is excellent with unique features that eventually add to your business value. Very efficient to nurture leads with effective automated workflows. However, be sure that third-party syncing is very limited and you are likely to end up manually transfer the nurtured leads to your CRM.

What differentiates Drip from other similar products?

It is a very competent platform and it handles all my various email automations smoothly, it has amazing functionalities, especially if you are more focused on ecommerce, it can also organize the layout and that is very useful when you want your email to look its best , helps us to generate more income using its different channels such as email, SMS and automation, it is also very easy to create rules and fairly complex user workflows based on data points, the variety of options to classify contacts, configure rules and triggers and doing massive operations is exceptional.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love being able to create segments while we create emails, which allows me to customize the product that we present in our email, I also love automations and bulk actions, it offers excellent ability to automatically segment users based on triggers and actions they take, it helps us create synergies between the emails we send to our subscribers and the ads we show to our audience on social media, I also love how deep it is and how much it can do with automation and flows of work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that it doesn't save my settings and I constantly have to keep changing the font size and custom brand colors, I also wish there were simpler custom tools to set up drip campaigns.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It allows you to build your systems in the long term and know that it has the ability to scale with you as you grow, the system works correctly and we have given you very attractive solutions, increasing our sales and traffic, I definitely recommend the use of this platform.
