dropbox transfer for really big files.

What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

i'm a sound engineer and i have to send huge audio master files to clients. our team is a small studio of 6 people. sometimes the files are too big to even put in a normal dropbox folder. for this, we use dropbox transfer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

it's a separate tool designed for sending a final, large file. you can send up to 100gb at a time. you can also see if the client has downloaded the file, and you can set the link to expire. it's perfect for final deliveries.

What do you dislike most about this product?

it is a bit confusing that it's a separate thing from the normal dropbox sharing. some of my team members forget it exists and try to share a huge file the normal way, which doesn't work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you ever need to send a really massive file as a final delivery, dropbox transfer is the right tool for the job.

What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

Dropbox Business is equipped with very advanced data security and protection features which help us to keep all our financial documents and their data safe. Dropbox Business has excellent document management features which help organize and sort documents in folders and subfolders making it easy and quick to find and access the documents we are looking for.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Dropbox Business has outstanding syncing capabilities which allows us to have access to our documents at anytime with either of our connected devices. Dropbox Business a very intuitive user interface that makes it easy to upload documents, add them to folders and access them. Dropbox Business has reliable back up features which help retrieve any documents that has been deleted from our storage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dropbox Business has offered us a great and flawless experience in handling our financial documents and we have not had any issues to dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dropbox Business is a very efficient product for securely storing and managing documents and help access documents at any time of need. I recommend it since it works very productively.

What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

Some other sync tools can be very slow, especially with many small files. Dropbox is different because its sync engine is very fast and efficient.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When i save a new file, the little blue sync icon turns to a green checkmark almost instantly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you have a very slow internet connection, it can still be slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The speed and reliability of the sync is the number one reason we use dropbox.
