What differentiates it from other products is the fact that 1. It can sync large files 2. You can sign documents with ease 3. It has advanced sharing controls which are large or more 4. It has room for large third-party integrations

My favorite aspect of the product is the fact that I can sign documents with ease and it syncs large files

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I dislike about the product. I am waiting and excited for new features in the future

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will tell them to use software that makes business life easy where they can sign documents easily, can take and sync large files. Dropbox is a friendly software and easy to use with lovely interface. Software with advanced sharing controls and room for large third-party integrations.

It's has made collaboration more effective by sharing files and documents with teams and commenting on real-time.

It's very limited with storage especially free version

I dislike the fact that Dropbox has limited free storage space, which starts at just 2GB. Compared to competitors offering more generous free tiers, users often find this insufficient for their needs, especially when storing larger files or collaborating on projects.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When considering Dropbox, start by assessing your storage needs, as the free plan offers only 2GB.
