Dropbox is optimal with web-based file previews they work very well and support a wide selection of file types.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Dropbox to integrate with macOS, it makes it easy to share files, control files in the cloud or locally, check current sync status of each file from the Finder, it supports macOS file metadata (keywords, color labels, among others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With Dropbox we have no major inconsistencies it is intuitive and mirrors other file storage systems in terms of folders, subfolders and navigation, which means that it is easy to find, store and share what you need without complications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Dropbox is excellent software for cloud-based project collaboration as well as cloud-based file sharing.

Dropbox Business is a distinctive and unique application that allows you to store your business and personal files safely and securely in the cloud. It is the most secure software i have ever used since it provides high security for your sensitive files. Dropbox Business has a friendly and intuitive interface which makes it easy to learn and understand.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Dropbox Business because it is a great and reliable solution for cloud storage. It has a very intuitive and user-friendly interface which makes it easy to use and learn. I like the fact that i can easily access my files from anywhere and update them. Dropbox Business has a very responsive and reliable customer support team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I use Dropbox Business every day and i like everything about it. It has never frustrated me even a single day so I have nothing to mention as a dislike about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dropbox Business is the real deal for file management. I highly recommend it.

What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

If I have to compare it with other cloud storage tools... *Dropbox Business has a more reliable security system, it is relatively higher. *It does not tend to slow down with large amounts of files, this is a more sustainable option, as there is no problem with sharing large files. *It integrates with communication tools and group work, from Dropbox you can do many things without having to be going in and out of apps, it makes you more productive and you do not waste time. *Compressed files transfer faster.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has sharing controls, no version history limit, collaborative storage settings, large storage space. I have also found the remote deletion, the user support which is very good, and the integration with Active Directory very helpful. My presentations, documents and task applications content are in Dropbox coexisting in the same environment but in an orderly and safe way which is the most important thing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Fortunately I have nothing to add in this section.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend using Dropbox Business to share files or any other type of content with clients or co-workers more easily, plus the storage space it offers is quite a lot. You can protect your documents, or for more professional use encrypt them, you can configure it according to your needs.
