What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

Dropbox Business is the essential platform for all those companies that need a place to store large amounts of files. The aspect or factor that differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar platforms is that it has perfect online document editing. Documents that are stored in the Dropbox cloud can be edited online very quickly and fluently, compared to similar products, which have a much more complex editor to use and which is too slow to edit the information of a document.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The features I like the most about Dropbox Business are: 1.- Excellent application for mobile phones, very well optimized and allows you to transfer files smoothly. 2.- It offers a shared folder capable of giving direct access to all authorized persons. This shared folder shows the files to all employees in a workgroup so that they can access those files without any complications. 3.- It has file encryption in the cloud, which allows any intruder to access the files without having the necessary permissions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I really don't like that Dropbox Business doesn't allow simultaneous document editing when multiple people are trying to edit the document. Currently, Dropbox Business only allows one person to edit the document, editing cannot be done simultaneously with other work colleagues. When multiple people edit the document, the platform creates two versions of the document, and this causes complete confusion. I would like to be able to edit documents with my colleagues without having this limitation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend this platform for cloud storage because Dropbox Business offers the best security on the market and is capable of storing large amounts of files without any type of limit. In addition, it offers a very accessible free trial which helps new users to test the platform successfully. Dropbox Business encrypts all stored information and has good group file sharing, it is a fantastic cloud storage software.

It has a large number of users, making it easy to share documents with other organizations and users. With this software increase your productivity with new ways to share work and easily receive comments. It offers access from all devices and a Storage that proves to be flexible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows you to store large amounts of data, safely. Upload and download large files without complications. Provides the ability to access effectively from anywhere, from a mobile device or computer. It makes it easy to remotely delete files in case a computer or business mobile is lost so that no one else can access valuable data. Próvidas a significant level of security when it comes to storage and account access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dropbox Business is an excellent software for storing information, however, its main weakness is that it does not integrate with other applications of great importance in the organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dropbox is fast, easy to navigate, and has constantly improved its features. I can store and share large files without problems. I recommend its implementation.

What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

Dropbox is peculiar, it works integrated in the cloud with ample storage space, allows extensive administration that facilitates organizing all work by folders, it is also the connection point for each project to be carried out collaboratively to make videos and documents important.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Like Dropbox offers synced desktop folders to access from anywhere, allows backup to keep all important documents protected, store everything in one place for easy access, create separate folders, maintain internal knowledge library of the latest documents and templates in one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dropbox's price seems high, even though its features are worth it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Dropbox for team projects where multiple people need to access and make changes to a document.
