What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

the difference is that through dropbox I can store all the information, files as well as images, music, documents, among others in the cloud guaranteeing data security and accessing it from any device

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like about Dropbox is that it maintains stability in its connection which makes it reliable when synchronizing the data from a mobile device or computer to achieve data transfer and cloud storage

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I don't like is that Dropbox, being a tool to store information in the cloud, limits me with the capacity storage which is annoying because it does not let me store all the data I require

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dropbox is the tool that I personally recommend to upload data and files and information and even I suggest to transfer files from one device to another with ease through the application and while maintaining connection to Internet

What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

For me, Dropbox Business is the smartest way to make a positive and innovative change as it has unique features that other storage software do not have, such as : collaboration tools without the need for third-party integration. It also has the functionality of being able to create a news and events board so that users can be aware of what is happening within the company's facilities or in other places.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the things I like the most about this cloud storage tool is that it allows me to set and manage the calendar in such a way that it allows me to have an order in which I can do the activities corresponding to each scheduled day. I also like how easy it is to send documents with just drag and drop.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it is a very good tool to store and make backup copies, sometimes the synchronization of the uploaded data tends to take a long time, maybe that depends on the internet speed but I feel that it is the fault of the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Leaving aside the few negative things that I have mentioned above, choosing this storage tool would be a great choice since it is very complete and can address multiple work needs.

What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

One of the most notable differences from Dropbox Business is that it is a platform with a high compatibility index. Today, Dropbox is more compatible than any other cloud storage platform, allowing users to use the App on all versions of Windows and Mac OS. Many other platforms are limited to use on the latest versions of the operating system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My experience in most of the time has been totally good, many sections and functionalities of the platform in general have provided a good handling and complete administration of the files. One of the features that I liked the most about Dropbox Business is that this platform contains an upload and download speed much higher than other platforms, it offers a really fast upload and the download is almost instantly. In addition, Dropbox Business offers a perfect preview of documents and images, which clearly helps us to have a better visualization of all files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Currently I have not had any problems while using Dropbox Business, however, I consider that there is a functionality that is not integrated into this platform. Dropbox Business only allows you to share files through a link and with a shared folder, which is visible to all colleagues, however, the functionality of sending files through emails is missing, this would allow users to have more variety when sending and receive files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dropbox Business is perfect for all companies because it has great accessibility and perfect file sharing through shared folders. Currently, it only has one missing functionality, that of sharing via email, however, this does not affect its operation, it is still a perfect platform for transferring files, too fast and that allows files to be managed from any device.
