What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?

One of the characteristics that represent a strong difference with the competition of Dropbox Business is the fact that this platform has really accessible plans with respect to costs. It offers Standard, Advance and Enterprise plans, each of them are capable of offering up to 5 TB of storage in the cloud, and best of all, it is at an extremely low price per user! I consider that it is one of the platforms with the lowest prices in the entire market, and despite the fact that it costs little, its functions are surprising, it manages to protect each file progressively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the most notable features in a positive way about Dropbox Business is that this platform has a striking real-time file sharing system, in a network where all employees can access together and can have immediate obtaining of all the files shared files. This network is a work network, in which employees can upload their files and work colleagues will have the ability to access them without the need to do an individual file submission.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that this platform has an application that constantly needs so many updates. Currently, the application forces the user to maintain the latest version of the application, otherwise, he will not be able to use it. I consider that this restriction causes users to lose accessibility to the storage cloud, and limits the correct use that the user may have.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dropbox is the ideal application for all companies, it does not matter if its structure is large or small, in the same way it will maintain a correct development and a perfect storage in the cloud with the participation of all work colleagues. Dropbox Business represents a constant sharing of all kinds of documents and files, in a centralized network which helps users always have whatever they want at hand.

Easy to use, popular platform, stable

What do you dislike most about this product?

Difficulty in keeping the platform off of your network. Difficult to keep users using it on the network because of the free platform version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great platform. Maybe the best.... but it is difficult to manage. Users can sync entire servers to their directories using the free version, if they wanted.
