Dropbox keeps everything centralized and accessible, which is fantastic for keeping project timelines on track.

There have been a couple of times where version control issues caused a bit of a headache

the online and offline sync in dropbox is really on another level .

easy administration and managing the users plus checking the usage, etc is my favorite part.
