With Dropbox, we can effectively carry out collaborative work, plus it works very well in Windows and Mac environments. We can also use it through the most popular browsers and its mobile APP does what we need to keep us informed. Dropbox is characterized by having a simple and clean interface, and its costs are very competitive. Selective synchronization mechanisms help us optimize our hardware and reach a balance between the information we need to manage daily and those files that should only be saved for very occasional use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most about Dropbox is that there are many ways to access information. For example, I have the Mac operating system on my machine and I also have a Virtual machine (VirtualBox), and in both environments, I can use Dropbox simultaneously, in addition to having the APP on my phone to keep me informed. I like that Dropbox generates a report to my email of the files that my colleagues have worked on and the notifications of the shipments they make to me are very useful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I actually have no complaints about Dropbox, it just catches my attention that when I use it from the Browser sometimes when a lot of time has passed, Dropbox sends me an authentication code, then an alert email and maybe it's a lot of information But I suppose that is necessary for my security and to protect the information in a very secure way. Incorporating more customization features may be important in some organizations that like to have corporate branding in the tools they use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Without a doubt, I can recommend Dropbox for its multiple functionalities. An interested person can try the free version before paying for licensing, which makes it easier to make sure it is really what that organization needs. With Dropbox, scalability is guaranteed and if the company has no problems with having information outside its servers, this platform will be a great option in the medium and long term. Additionally, it is important to consider that having a repository of electronic documents is an important decision, in addition to selecting robust and reliable suppliers, and from my point of view Dropbox meets these two premises.

Dropbox gives us fast, secure, anywhere access to documents and files. I can easily keep all my devices up to date with the latest versions of my files thanks to the quick sync option.

I can easily and quickly access information anywhere and anytime thanks to Dropbox's instant cloud storage platform, freeing me from worries.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The storage limitations can be frustrating, especially when I have a lot of files to manage.
