What differentiates Duetto GameChanger from other similar products?

Customer service is always at your disposal to get your goal. Even if the data integration is not easy, they will find a way to help you and to see what you would like to monitorize. The pricing rules and other types of automation transform your daily work in a much more automated proccess, saving tones of hours.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The real time figures and the easy way to see and analyze your perfect segmentation (even if you're not getting right data from the PMS)

What do you dislike most about this product?

Maybe a general dashboard to see the whole picture of the hotel, the area, the revenue managers performance..

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Something that matters for any RMS consideration: a deep knowledge of the own segmentation of clients, to know if the RMS is gonna improve the sales and distribution processes.
