What differentiates Dynamics 365 Business Central from other similar products?

Dynamics 365 Business Central is user friendly which took us a very short time to be trained ,It has more customization options to suit each business needs,It also has on premise and on cloud options this has helped people to work from different location at their homes especially this pandemic times.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a very straight forward and interactive dashboard ,it has also made work very interdependence this enhancing team work

What do you dislike most about this product?

It always keeps on bringing new errors which we are not able to troubleshoot ,also when downloading the job queue it locks out all other end users

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its user friendly, with customized options to meet business and clients needs. It also accommodates large number of users at a given time . whenever we experience the system failure they have a very dedicated and reliable customer support teams 24/7.
