What differentiates Dynamics 365 Business Central from other similar products?

First of all , it its compatible with other microsoft products such as power automate , power bi ( in general power apps ) and also microsoft teams . It includes tons of features which allows you to organize and keep track of your financial records without any effort . Last but not least , the mobile app version of Business Central , is by far the best app related to ERP.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The search bar.It's amazing . You can find whatever you want by just using some keywords . It's simple , fast and precise.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's not that i dislike something but if i had to point on a weakness of this product , that it will be the lack of documentation when it comes to AL Develpoment. We need more examples and in general info when it comes to building extension for Business central using AL.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it. This product is amazing . It will allow your business to run smoothly . It's not that complicated to use and it includes tons of cool features.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Business Central from other similar products?

NAV gets slower over time. For example you can slow down in reporting or batching processes and not all the data in the system can be efficiently executed. A poor calculated field in the Flowfields of NAV can cause repercussions in the page. Records also are required to be locked to ensure the consistency of the information. This locking negatively impact on the performance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

None. It can deliver nice results just if well designed during implementation. Failing in this the system will cause a cascade of problems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Slow system. You have to have a great coding to adapt the system to the business in an efficient way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Too complex. They should simplify the system in order to remove unnecessary records when running reports
