The Dynatrace platform unifies observability, business, and security data at a massive scale (Grail) with continually updated topology and dependency mapping (Smartscape) to capture and retain full-stack data context. It leverages hypermodal AI (Davis), combining predictive AI to anticipate future behaviors, causal AI to deliver precise answers and intelligent automation, and generative AI to automatically provide recommendations, create suggested workflows or dashboards, and let people use natural language to explore, solve, and complete tasks.

What differentiates Dynatrace from other similar products?

One thing it excels at is its ability to provide a complete view of infrastructure, applications, and user experience in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It offers a complete view of the infrastructure, applications and user experience. Thanks to this, it is easier to identify problems and make informed decisions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I don't like is the alert management, it doesn't allow you to customize notifications and alert conditions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend it as it combines observability and security in a single platform and detects threats and vulnerabilities in real time.

This tool is distinguished from others by using artificial intelligence to identify usage patterns and prevent problems before they arise.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love this tool because it offers custom alerts and notifications, allowing me to respond quickly to performance and security issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like limitations when it comes to using other tools. This makes it difficult to integrate with other software development and delivery tools, which may limit its usefulness in larger and more complex environments.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its monitoring feature, which lets you see how users interact with your website and mobile apps, allows you to identify and fix performance issues and improve user experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like its automatic and intelligent observation in cloud and hybrid environments with continuous discovery of hosts, VMs, cloud services, containers and Kubernetes, networks, devices, logs, events and other factors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the advanced mode of Data Explorer's query editor because it is too verbose for your daily needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend it because They use metadata-based auto-tagging to automatically assign tags to monitored entities with specific metadata values that Dynatrace automatically detects.
