What differentiates Dynatrace from other similar products?
We are addressing app performance issues and monitoring applications; this is a really beneficial tool to aid in development efforts for app performance concerns. The boards and AI also assist a lot with this. We have greatly improved application response times, and thanks to the detection of http 400 and 500 errors, we have been able to provide stability to a large portion of the applications monitored in Dynatrace. Additionally, notifications and anomaly prediction provide a true value above the competition to Dynatrace.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In general, it could be a exceptionally good product, the dashboards are very great, we are able see and distinguish a issue in time so as not to have benefit outages, the way in which it can be overseen as well as the way in which the complete foundation and forms can be checked of each application is of incredible help to moderate blunders and disappointments in applications some time recently and as of now in production. The ease with which ready to make dashboards is additionally something I like since they can be customized concurring to desires of the application proprietors in terms of the cautions that must be given to dodge issues wi
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are also graphs that are very difficult to understand on the first few tries, they should be a bit easier to analyze, and there should be a section where you can do generated reports on the applications that are monitored within Dynatrace. I dislike that labeling must be done at the agent level rather than in the gui; labels are our company's largest challenge.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If I were to suggest it to others, I would point out that Dynatrace detection of anomalies has proved quite useful in identifying problems in the development or manufacturing of apps. The product's security is also excellent, and it allows you to segment different sorts of users to certain servers using AD groups. The software is fairly pricey, but it is quite simple to use once you become acquainted with it.
