Their technical help department is not easy to approach, it should be noted, remains careless and worthless. They don't review the complaints before asking for information we've already given them, wasting our time.

Dynatrace AIOps is software that offers a lot of features but also has a steep learning curve. Users will need to go through some training to work on this efficiently. So, my recommendation is that businesses provide comprehensive training to their employees so that they may understand the true value of its features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the concept of doing labeling at the administrator level rather than in the graphical interface. Labels are, in my opinion, our company's most critical problem. The reporting isn't easy with this system, I wish there should be a comfortable place where we can easily create reports on the apps that are monitored inside Dynatrace.
