The Dynatrace platform unifies observability, business, and security data at a massive scale (Grail) with continually updated topology and dependency mapping (Smartscape) to capture and retain full-stack data context. It leverages hypermodal AI (Davis), combining predictive AI to anticipate future behaviors, causal AI to deliver precise answers and intelligent automation, and generative AI to automatically provide recommendations, create suggested workflows or dashboards, and let people use natural language to explore, solve, and complete tasks.

What differentiates Dynatrace from other similar products?

This intelligent solution is not only mine, but all of our team members' top picks because it is more efficient and simple to the fantasy level. In addition, this AI-driven solution helps our IT staff alleviate their workload by offloading mundane monitoring and administrative management, allowing them to focus on mission-critical matters.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its self-based problem-solving feature is my favorite. It uses systematic fault-tree analysis to quickly identify a problem's core cause and help our IT experts in its final removal. This Effective AIOps deployment has also helped us eliminate false alarms completely and fully lessened the impact of duplicate or unnecessary messages. Notification management and prioritization is not a more unmanageable issue, it is now interesting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not budget-friendly and the pricing structure is complex also. Their pricing model is an issue for us and we are unable to put all our servers on this tool. So we were limited in what we could do. Incorporation is not always simple, and progress necessitates further knowledge and insight.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To get the most out of it, Dynatrace AIOps need to be appropriately located and aligned with current workflow and infrastructure settings, so I propose users carefully set up and configure it, or contact a professional who can do it wisely by understanding your job specifications and its system architecture.

What differentiates Dynatrace from other similar products?

Dynatrace AIOps helps the users understand the cloud systems in a better way by extracting raw data and metrics from the source systems and transforming them into a presentable format

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It helps analyses data quickly and troubleshoot issues with cloud resources in a more in depth manner

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customization features need to be added to increase overall flexibility of the tool

A great product which helps in reducing the effort spent by the users to track infra and application issues
