What differentiates Dynatrace from other similar products?
This is the only platform that offers fully automated supervision with artificial intelligence, resulting in a more complete picture through reporting on each application, transaction, and user. Their AI features enabled us to make important decisions that are important for our business growth.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its tools and features, such as automated problem identification, make work easier. The best feature is that it has increased uniformity in the tracking of various company operations. Dynatrace also includes tools and features that are simple to use and configured to get the best performance and query analytics or tracking from this platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One aspect of the Dynatrace tool that I dislike is that, despite using the specified threshold for alerts monitoring, we occasionally received false alarms even while the program was up and running and during the APJ period, Dynatrace assistance is unavailable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the most effective APM tools for tracking your website or application that allows you to monitor your application and block all kinds of threats in real-time. Dynatrace has assisted in the elimination and prevention of numerous outages. Many people are overjoyed with the variety of services available and the increased visibility they gain.

What differentiates Dynatrace from other similar products?
I really enjoy how it computes everything in the background and provides information and accurate results on the screen. Only this tool is capable of pinpointing the precise source of system problems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We used Dynatrace to monitor the entire company system, and the best aspect of this product in my perspective is tracking the apps in the cloud to monitor the entire system, as well as its performance. Artificial intelligence allows for faster results and greater visibility that help us to make important decisions that are mainly crucial for business growth.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI is the one that I dislike about this product. When I first started using this tool, I had to do a deep search, and only then was I able to find what I needed. The alarm setting method is a little complicated, and even though we have proactive alerts enabled, we occasionally have false alert triggers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Dynatrace is important when you are experiencing problems with a specific platform and need to identify them, as well as when you need to assess client complaints about your individual apps. It allows us to make changes to provide and ensure a better service and experience for our customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Dynatrace is one of the essential software for the production environments. Monitoring has a lot of great features, and auto alerts helps the team to take action quickly on potential problems. It also helps with issue analysis like using pure path. Dynatrace tool also useful to drill down on performance issues and figure out where most of the transaction time is being consumed by the application. Dashboard also gives a quick view of lot of information at once.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a learning curve to this software. Some level of trainings is required by users to effectively work on this. With so many features, things are overwhelming in the beginning and it takes time to figure out best way to find the problem areas in the application. Dashboard can also have improvements and make it more user friendly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Perfect tool for application monitoring, alerts, and analysis. This will help out and save cost in so many ways.
