What differentiates Dynatrace from other similar products?

It is a good tool if our objective is to monitor and measure the performance of an application with an architecture based on microservices. It also offers a greater number of metrics that allow you to analyze if the application suffers a bottleneck at any specific point.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This solution allows you to optimize the actions necessary to obtain a global view of the status of your services, which facilitates the monitoring process in order to identify performance problems or bottlenecks in your applications. It also uses artificial intelligence for decision-making based on the historical data it collects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The generation of alerts and notifications and the integration with third-party tools could be improved. Reporting could also be improved as it is somewhat limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dynatrace has the ability to identify performance problems at both the infrastructure and application levels and offers real solutions to complex problems in a simple way.

What differentiates Dynatrace from other similar products?

Dynatrace is a leader in this space, It's very easy to use and learn how to use it. There is sufficient documentation available if required. The monitoring did not cause any significant performance degradation or resource consumption on the servers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides valuable insights into how applications is behaving in production, and can help proactively monitor and work towards resolving the issues before they happen.

What do you dislike most about this product?

None at this point, sometimes its slow but I guess it's ok for the amount of data it's crunching to generate the dashboards.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you don't have an APM please for your developer's sake get this one!
