A great technological tool

What differentiates Dynatrace from other similar products?
It is a focus on automation, AI support makes Dynatrace one of the most preferred RUM tools. It is the ultimate most powerful predictive analytics with real-time, proactive Codeless Automated Alerts that currently no one can beat in any market. Dynatrace helps us by providing full visibility into our infrastructure, applications and services in order to solve all the problems mentioned previously. We can adjust it to our specific requirements since its capability of monitoring cloud and on-prem environments.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My absolute front-runner has to be their application performance monitoring (APM) system We are also using this tool to deliver an enhanced CX due to a frictionless UX and better awareness within our internal team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One downside is that it had caused some teams to stop relying on their own analysis, since if the API didn't work, our platform would stop working.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are concentrating on complete performance insight, Dynatrace is definitely my top choice. Then there is a computerized way or if you want to do it in a more affordable manner, there are other setups for that as well.

Dynatrace is great app monitoring software for all infrastructure related needs and is now a great part of all project deployments as a niche security monitoring need. Easy to tweak and drploy based on triggers for critical versus non-critical systems. Notification system is designed to detect red flags versus false alarms
