The Dynatrace platform unifies observability, business, and security data at a massive scale (Grail) with continually updated topology and dependency mapping (Smartscape) to capture and retain full-stack data context. It leverages hypermodal AI (Davis), combining predictive AI to anticipate future behaviors, causal AI to deliver precise answers and intelligent automation, and generative AI to automatically provide recommendations, create suggested workflows or dashboards, and let people use natural language to explore, solve, and complete tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can see all in context, including metrics, logs, relationships, and behaviors. It eases work with automatic deployment, configuration, discovery, and updates. We can free time with precise answers for proactive problem resolution and performance improvement. Offers AI assistance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No yikes. It helps to eliminate silos and accelerate teamwork with a single source of truth for your business. Assists to deliver remarkable experiences across every user journey and maximize business KPIs and revenge.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Offers out-of-the-box insights into your unique infrastructure. Appeals advanced observability at scale for all infrastructure. You can find answers faster and make teams more productive.

Easy instrumentation for different platforms and operation systems

There are no disliked features by now

Dynatrace is a no-brainer solution if you want to cover your Observability requirements for your DevOps/SRE teams.

Its amazing tools which are way better and faster than any other tools out there.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like its easy to work dashboards and its amazing tools which are really useful for me to make my work faster and better.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don’t like its ugly UI which is quite boring it must be updated.
