What differentiates Ecwid from other similar products?

In my opinion, what differentiates Ecwid is the completeness of the product and the level of customer support. We did not need to buy any addons to make Ecwid work the way we want it to. Not so with several of the alternative packages. One of my clients creates wooden art pieces. Most of the pieces offer the client four to eight options including custom engraving. Ecwid handles it all beautifully!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the Ecwid e-commerce package is the ease of use and completeness of the features it offers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our client has not reported any issues or frustrations with this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Invest some time trying testing the Ecwid e-commerce software. They have a free-for-ever version plus a free trial on the paid versions.

What differentiates Ecwid from other similar products?

THE DIFFERENCE IS THAT ECWID IS LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. YOU EMAIL THEM AND THEY DON'T EMAIL BACK. ALSO TRYING TO GET THEM ON THE PHONE IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE.

I DON'T REALLY HAVE A FAVORITE ASPECT OF PRODUCT. I KIND OF LIKE THE SHOPPING CART.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I DISLIKE HOW THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY NEED TO IMPROVE ON THAT.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY OF MY CLIENTS OR PROSPECT.
