What differentiates Emburse Professional from other similar products?

I appreciated the UI of Certify more than comparable products, such as Concur, that I've used. Easier to navigate, less steps to submit a report, more intuitive flow, and better visibility as a manager to approvals and bookings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of expense approvals as both a manager and a submitter.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My organization added quite a few required fields that weren't always necessary, which made it a bit more cumbersome than it should be to submit, but this could be easily adjusted for another organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Establish clear ownership and take feedback from users to make the process simple.

What differentiates Emburse Professional from other similar products?

Haven’t tried other products. Love the fact that managing expenses are really easy, literally click of a few buttons.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that I can email the receipts and it captures all the required and relevant information. So when I login I need to review and submit. That’s it!!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The limitations in categories. The choices could be increased to suit more industry needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely try it out. Your bookkeeper will be happy, obviously if integrated properly

What differentiates Emburse Professional from other similar products?

Certify has basic features for a small or medium business. With those functions, too management can easily oversee and approve expenses. Also, the annual fee is very affordable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easily sync to QuickBooks (company accounting software). Each transaction was recorded and classified into expense accounts as well as cost centers

What do you dislike most about this product?

Certify is a basic products so I don’t have any bad experiences so far. But if it has more features or updated versions, our Company would love to try it. Maybe difference features for difference industries

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Certify team is very supportive and the product price is very affordable
