What differentiates EnergyCAP from other similar products?

The company is consistently trying to make the product more user friendly and fit the needs of their clients. They take criticism and suggestions for improvements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Able to see how much we are using and spending in our utilities

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting can be frustrating, if there isn't a specific report I need and I have to run multiple ones to customize. Power BI reports sometimes don't match the reports in EnergyCAP and have to put in tickets to verify what went wrong.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To make sure there is management support for this product and designated staff to implement and monitor.

Attend the annual Catalyst, and learn as much as possible about how the individual modules can help improve your business processes.
