What differentiates Eracent IT Management Center from other similar products?

Ability to discovery Oracle DB Options and to manage complex Quest license keys

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to configure the product to meet business needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Difficulty of implementation. Although much of this difficulty is related to the complexity of software licensing data and the discovery of all computers globally.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure that you have an implementer with specific expertise in installing and configuring the latest version of Eracent ITMC
