The many options avaible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its such a great tool with so many options. Its a best off compared to other simular tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its not always intuitive. Sometimes hard to get the correct data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a all in one itam tool. This is the way forward. Support is great.

The ease of customization and self support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would have to say cost as this is our biggest pain point. With leadership always trying to cut out unnecessary expenses, our tool is always the a topic of subject. Thankfully, the tool works so well that it is easy to justify the business need.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think outside the box. This tool has the capability of opening doors that you have dreamed of to make your daily tasks manageable. By thinking out of the box, it will enable you to take advantage of the great customization that it offers.
