The breadth of reporting options and easy to use interface make Eracent a smart choice for anyone looking for a discovery tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is the detailed information provided by the discovery tool for end user devices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to see Eracent move to an agentless discovery option versus the current agent deployment needed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Eracent ITMC is a good discovery tool for the price. Reporting is robust and the interface is easy to use and understand.
