Inexpensive as we were early adopters.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Fairly easy to upgrade and deploy

What do you dislike most about this product?

Poor integration with ServiceNow. Lacking in identification of open source products

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a small budget and need to do minimal software and hardware asset management this will work for you
