What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of eSentire is its 24/7 expert threat hunting. The continuous, proactive monitoring and rapid response help identify and mitigate threats before they can cause significant harm, providing businesses with a strong, always-on security layer without requiring extensive in-house expertise or resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One downside of eSentire is that its pricing may be higher compared to some other MDR services, making it less accessible for smaller businesses or those with tighter cybersecurity budgets. While the service is comprehensive, the cost might not be justifiable for organizations with simpler security needs.

What differentiates eSentire from other similar products?

They lead the industry in mean time to contain threats and they truly RESPOND. They are also very flexible in the service offering as they work with best-in-breed tools and services.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How quick they are to contain threats and actually RESPOND to those threats. Working around the clock 24x7x365 when your organization cannot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price can be a bit of a sticker shock, but if you consider how much it would cost to employ full-time cybersecurity professionals, it really isn't expensive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Work with a trusted advisor or consultant who can help you compare other solutions and make sure you are landing on the best fit for YOUR business.

Proactive Threat Hunting Leverages TTPs, threat Intelligence, and IOCs, to create hypotheses in order to investigate and identify abnormal activity that may be malicious.

Threat Intelligence Security threat intelligence feed integration with ability to update multiple uses and control updating behaviors.
