Besides increasing our security, the Live Guard makes it easier for us to deal with emerging threats by automatically detecting and uploading them in real-time. It can identify and quarantine malware that can be viewed in its management interface. However, it has so many extra features that it might be a little overwhelming compared to other market options.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A bonus benefit of using this software is it hinders none of our computer's other functions. We have an enterprise of 650 machines computers, and we don't have to be concerned about the system’s security since we can configure everything for the client. ESET PROTECT Advanced is a comprehensive security solution that meets all our requirements.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Regarding drawbacks, it can only evaluate a small number of file types (zip, ace, rar). Detection of compressed applications is sometimes problematic, and the tool cannot disinfect some files for unknown reasons. We find the rule-creation in ESET is cumbersome and time-consuming; it could be more user-friendly and efficient, but currently, it is not.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While upgrading the software to a newer version wipes out all settings, make sure you have your settings backed up. Choose ESET and make sure you have the management console installed if you have to keep track of a fleet of over 20 desktop computers. Even if you're receiving protection for multiple computers with top-notch security, it's an excellent value.

What differentiates ESET Endpoint Security from other similar products?

The endpoint management on each computer can easily be seen, customized, and managed by our administrators. Disk encryption is an additional perk of the Advanced plan of this software. Businesses that exclusively use Windows Home Edition will benefit from disc encryption. Several other anti-virus software slowed our PC while scanning, but ESET didn't.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What we like the most about ESET are its excellent threat detecting capabilities. The chances of a false positive or a missed detection are exceedingly unusual. The well-designed admin interfaces and simple deployment tools make the system a breeze in our corporate setting. In addition to outlining viruses and malware, it also detects software executions that are totally irrelevant to our business needs and require no additional consideration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The main issue we have with ESET Advanced Protect is the exorbitant cost of annual subscriptions. This year's renewal charge was almost twice as high compared to the previous year. The system might be a little RAM-intensive when scanning or doing automated inspections. It took us a lot of time to learn how to adjust the automatic settings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You should get it if you're on the fence about this product. This solution has prevented us from having to spend hours fixing broken computers due to people clicking on email links or other malicious vulnerabilities being released into the network. ESET is well worth the price tag.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If employees forget or repeatedly input incorrect passwords, the server's connection is lost, and a wipe is required. It prevents us from accessing several of the websites we visit on a daily basis. It's inconvenient to have to unblock or ask someone to unblock a website on your behalf. More active updating would be nice.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Although there are less expensive solutions on the market, their performance and efficacy in eliminating all types of viral threats make them well worth the money.
