ESET Endpoint Security is one of the most effective and powerful security tools that provides anti-virus, anti-malware, anti-ransomware, anti-rootkit, and anti-worm tools. It is used by our entire organization, and we have found it to be a comprehensive and effective security solution. It's truly incredible and customer service that is quick to respond. A user-friendly tool that is simple to use without annoying training.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not all of the most recent versions of the ESET are compatible with the remote management software which is causing problems for us an individual file or directory scanning necessitates a lot of clicking through directory trees. Finding the right product edition for our needs can be difficult because the offerings are so numerous and diverse.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Looking for a security platform then it's a good option that has a lightweight, high-performance security suite that works on both Windows and macOS computers. Protects us from all types of threats that are evolving around us. Updates to the threat dictionary are delivered invisibly and seamlessly.

The mixed PC and Mac environment in my company is a challenge for us. For this, we needed a way to manage the antivirus software on both types of machines. Since I used it I discovered that it was the only solution I could find that provided this feature.

One issue that I discovered in a tool that was challenging was the procedure for updating a program It doesn't just auto-upgrade major versions; when we want to manage them remotely, we must apply them in a specific way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I spent a bit more time getting it ready for my users, I also experienced a couple of false positives at the start. We also did have a problem with a false positive ARP assault. The extra time must be spent on configuration.
