What differentiates ESET Endpoint Security from other similar products?

Installation is quick and easy by simply launching the installer. Even after installation, the security check is robust, but PC operation is not affected. You can also check the security log, so the administrator can use it with confidence.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have used several security programs, but the nice thing about ESET is that it is so lightweight that it doesn't give the feeling of being bundled. I've never been in the way of PC operation. At first, I liked using it on my personal computer for the first time, so I was glad I did when I was hired at the company. Also, the definition file is updated frequently, so you can rest easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since it is convenient to use, there is no improvement, but email spam is constantly evolving and difficult to deal with internally, so I think performance should be improved around here.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

During working hours, the security software sometimes slowed down my PC and hindered my work. Since eset, there has been no such thing, and work has become smoother and stress-free. We have presented it as an in-house security software. The security is updated frequently. I used to use OfficeScan because the cost is low, but I have been able to reduce the annual renewal cost a lot.

What differentiates ESET Endpoint Security from other similar products?

It gives regular client update. It allows you to schedule the scanning of the computer. It blocks viruses. Clients are given updates and they are given opportunity to work with updated version of application and hence the chances of their computer getting a virus is minimized. Users are mostly not so punctual about scanning their computes but this software gives regular updates and notifications to scan their computes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It removes the errors and bugs. It keeps the information of users’ safe. For users, their most important and preferred thing is safety. They want to be least concerned with concern of security. This application removes bugs and errors on regular intervals and eradicates user’s concern and worry efficiently. Users’ information and documentation is safe in this form and they are most comfortable and satisfied with this software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface is complex. It is a bit costly. New people are not really into handling complex software as software with complex interface requires training and orientation. Fresh users may not know on how to use this software and may be reluctant to use this software. Also, people look for free or less expensive software to work on as they are hesitant in spending big amount on a new software and on a software they are not familiar with.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The reporting is thorough. It is difficult for users today to generate reports and to get access to a software that could work and scan thoroughly also generates report after comprehensive reports. This software has resolved those issues and provide the basis to report and scan devices in most efficient mechanism. Highly recommended.

What differentiates ESET Endpoint Security from other similar products?

Viruses, worms, spyware, rootkits, malware, and cyber threats are all eliminated just because of ESET Endpoint, keeping our network safe both online and offline. Thus cloud-based endpoint protection platform from ESET improves scanning performance and reduces false positives. ESET not only powerfully protects our endpoints but also is a tamper-prevention system that protects the system registry, processes, programs, and files from unwanted alterations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can fine-tune the behavior of our system to the smallest detail. Using its suspicious behavior analysis features we can detect even undiscovered threats. Auto-scanning of removable media can also be done by ESET to keep us completely safe. Its system controlling and permission setting capabilities are also my favorite because they allow us to create rules and settings to prevent unwanted material and devices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We had various challenges before modifying it to our needs. It used to send strange alerts and notifications even when there was no threat; customizing it took a long time, but the false positive has been gone now, and customization is still difficult.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ESET is the best platform. In addition to the protection, it gives confidence to us so we can work more attentively and efficiently. We can exchange files and email attachments between Windows, Linux, and Mac endpoints with the great confidence that malware targeting any of these platforms would be discovered and removed instantly by ESET.
