It offers easy installation, extensive rule customization, and an intelligent learning mode to automatically create firewall rules based on observed network traffic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You need to improve customer service, guidance is lacking in selecting from the wide range of options the product presents, and its license is expensive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform facilitates the administration of company security from a single point and with a single remote administration console, for all computers with Windows, Mac or Linux systems. I recommend its implementation.

Its configuration is not simple, especially when connecting to a server. The program update procedure can be a bit difficult.

It allows updates on the protection ESET provides against current threats such as malware or ransomware, which it provides by email. This program works silently and does not consume many resources. The cost is less than other products I have used in the past. Its handling of malicious code is simple, easy to understand and very fast. It allows detecting new vulnerabilities in applications through detailed monitoring and reports.

What do you dislike most about this product?

ESET is very effective, although the product could be improved with additional firewall functions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ESET allows us to have a global vision of all the computers in the organization and allows us to apply rules from a centralized point. It is the ideal solution for protection against threats, easy to implement and manage. I recommend it.
