The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Everlaw from other similar products?
Sorting through papers depending on our internal retention schedules is one issue my team is solving with Everlaw, and Everlaw's customizable choices for searching documents are making this process much easier and a lot less of a hassle. In addition, the capability to provide transcriptions for our video clips is one advantage my team has noticed from using it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For instance, I adore the capability to group emails with their attachments. I enjoy being able to choose which buttons will appear during the coding process and the menu arrangement when I generate document sets to distribute to paralegals in our division. It takes almost no time at all to go on to the next document, and Everlaw makes using our conventional, on-premises e-discovery management software easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is no usual sub-folding process like there is on other platforms, thus if dealing with a major subject, make sure to stay organized. A partial STR list search would be preferable to searching the entire list because it requires more work each time a different subset of the original is required.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Regardless of one's proficiency with database searches, Everlaw is incredibly simple to learn and use and will be useful for anyone in need of a user-friendly tool to do searches and investigations. I've used different tools for many years, and I had no trouble figuring out how to use Everlaw effectively for my evidential investigations.
