What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I consider it an online personal assistant since it offers me assistance in the seemingly minor daily tasks. It is the exact software I needed since I take notes a lot. And the best thing about Evertone is that it organizes my notes so well hence making them easy to access. And with synchronization, sharing files with team members and changing document format is a walk in the park. It has proven to be a great collaborative tool by enabling collaborators to keep to-do lists and share ideas at the same time. I use this tool at both personal and organizational levels.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since I use it more for note taking, I have not found any flaws that hinder this functionality. However, integrating it with other tools is sometimes challenging, although not to a large scale.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can greatly benefit from this software if you constantly take notes in the process of carrying out your tasks. It makes taking down notes and ideas so easy.

What differentiates Evernote Business from other similar products?

A broad range of well thought out capabilities that are intuitively designed with an effective, easy to navigate UI. Also like the fact that they are continuously working on improving the product via a robust user community feedback process, beta testing and clearly defining what type of impact they are working towards delivering to the world.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Synch across multiple platforms (desktop and mobile devices)

What do you dislike most about this product?

No MS Outlook synch integration, currently only with Google Calendar.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Your willingness to take some time to understand the full capabilities of the platform and modify team work flows to fully leverage the power of Evernote, will go a long way in ones ability to fully realize the value it can provide to ones business. Integrating into your work flow is not hard by any stretch, however, it is imperative to get everyone comfortable with the product and fully commit to using it, to meaningfully impact your business. The obtainable productivity is worth the effort, in my opinion.
