What differentiates Evernote Business from other similar products?

Evernote has so many different organizational and prioritization templates to choose from. It is also very user-friendly and affordable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I use it as an all-in-one. It helps me stay organized and on top of my tasks and to-do lists for work and prioritization. It even has a calendar, but I did not get much use out of that.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that there is no clear delete button. You have to click the three dots to find it. I also really wish you could change the theme to another colour instead of its original green.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take a look at all the templates they offer to make sure you are taking full advantage of the features.

What differentiates Evernote Business from other similar products?

Evernote is host of services, there are many features and integrations available. The possibility of collaboration comes in really handy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The shareable list is by far my favourite aspect of this product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some may find that there are many features hence the tool misses the simplicity of a task manager.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this to users who are looking to create shareable lists and also who are looking to have all their notes at one place without having to hop between tools.

What differentiates Evernote Business from other similar products?

While most of the other vendors which cater to large organisations do provide similar services, Evernote falls a little short with its pricing wrt the features. It is feature-rich but these features are available for free in other apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All the important features are bundled together in one place. I switched to Pro from a free license since all my documents were already there. It felt very organized to work with the Pro edition but the cost I incurred to keep the subscription was not worth it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can definitely find a similar breadth of features for free in other applications. If not bundled, then definitely individually.
