The customer support and predefined commission templates. They also have flexibility with different commission calculations. Ease of use and great product capabilities

Ease of use and various commission templates. Their customer support teams are great and are always available.

Nothing much to dislike. Could add even more options to add commissions

This is a great start to deal with all your sales commission calculations. You have various options which are both great for the company as well as the sellers

What differentiates Everstage from other similar products?
The platform is incredibly intuitive and doesn’t require any technical expertise to use, which made adoption across our sales team seamless. One of the biggest differentiators has been the scalability. We manage complex commission plans across a team, and Everstage handles it effortlessly
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Honestly, the best part about Everstage for us has been the transparency it’s brought to the commission process. Before, our reps were always asking about how their payouts were calculated or where they stood against quota and it just created a lot of confusion and back-and-forth. Now, they can log in anytime and see exactly what they’re earning and why. It’s made a huge difference in trust and productivity across the team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing stands out that I and the team do not like.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I’d advise strongly to look into Everstage. but take the time upfront to really think through your commission plans. The tool is super flexible, but the more organized you are going in, the easier the setup will be. We sketched everything out clearly before onboarding, and it made a huge difference. And definitely lean on the Everstage team. They were really supportive during implementation and helped us customise things to fit our workflows.
