The dashboard is extremely useful when scheduling technicians. and the mobile app is great for communicating with techs in the field.

The Mobile integration.

The training was kind of slow.

This will get your techs starting and finishing jobs in good time. it also allows them the ability to sell extras like warranties and parts.
