What differentiates FileBound from other similar products?

When compared with some of the top Content Management Systems, FileBound doesn't force its customers to use any unneeded features. Straight forward, reasonable, and has fewer pricing options, which doesn't confuse the customer. Hopefully they keep it this way.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

E-forms and Workflow capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Doesn't have Multifactor Authentication upon login yet, however I have high hopes it is in the works.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would certainly recommend FileBound to anyone looking for a solution to securely store, manage, and transform their hardcopy paper files to digital, while also saving more time completing everyday processes through a virtual standpoint. GBS Corp out of Youngstown, Ohio is a great reseller of FileBound that can also fulfill any document scanning needs your facility may have.
