What differentiates FileBound from other similar products?
It's a one-of-a-kind tool that's so simple to use that anyone in our organization can use it effectively without any tedious training. It's simple to set up and use, and it doesn't take long to deploy. Furthermore, the tool's price is lower than that of other tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Every company needs to deal with content. FileBound is being used to capture and integrate document images with our case processing field-driven data management system. The most significant advantage is that end users can have all data and images for a given file in one location. Not only helpful in managing content but also protects it from all kinds of new and old threats.
What do you dislike most about this product?
FileBound is constantly improving through upgrades to ensure that the software features meet the needs of the clients but sometimes the program is blocked and it takes a while to work properly again, but this does not affect the program's integrity and only causes a minor delay in task execution.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You can easily store a large number of documents in a single platform; the functionality is not limited to storage; you can easily print needed parts of documents from a variety of documents. It has all of the features that any organization requires to manage its content in the cloud.
