What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We use FileBound as standalone data capture and retrieval system, the integration component is by far the most beneficial to our organization. It's great to have a program that stores all of our company's invoices, credit memos, and so on in one place without clogging up the servers on-site. I love its accessibility because we can get access to all of our content at any time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform is continuously improving its features to make it a more powerful tool but we never faced any issues with it. It's a perfect tool that makes our work much easier while protecting our documents from threats.

Looking for a less expensive option? Have trouble managing your content? Or if you have security concerns, give it a shot; you will undoubtedly solve all of your issues through a single platform. Furthermore, you can access all documents at any time and from any location.

What differentiates FileBound from other similar products?

We can quickly locate a file on your computer and have it uploaded. Although we can customize Filebound by creating our own folders, filing criteria, and searching for uploaded documents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

FileBound provides a huge amount of functionality for a low price. The most appealing aspect of FileBound, in my opinion, is its ability to be used by any department in an organization to solve a wide range of business problems. I like how easy it is to find and access important files. My clients can use the e-forms to transition from paper-based workflows that produce tedious labor to electronic workflows that generate nig data to improve performance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. FileBound takes a long time to set up at first. 2. When we have a complicated document approval process, it takes a lot of effort to get it to work the way we want it to. The last issue that we've found with FileBound is that it can be extremely slow at times when uploading new files and retrieving previously uploaded files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Everything you need for your business is right here. You can easily upload/download and customize your files in a matter of seconds with a high level of security. I believe that its capabilities enable all of its tools to make your life easier.

Availability is something that is most appealing and unique in FileBound as I can access files from anywhere at any time with accurate results. It's the most user-friendly tool that can be used without any technical training.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Content is essential to every business process. FileBound is a great choice when we need to quickly add content management, electronic forms, and workflow to our business processes. As a systems integrator, I value the web-based architecture, which I can deploy on-premises or in the cloud and customize for each client. I like how simple it is to access important files and have them password-protected. I also like how easy it is to upload documents and create management and divisions depending on who is uploading the files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't mind most of it, but there are a few things that irritate me, such as the fact that we can't move multiple scans around in a file. Once they've been uploaded, we can't move them; we can only delete them and re-scan them into the correct file.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I've been using FileBound for a long time and have had a fantastic experience with it. We were able to store any amount of content with security so that unauthorized users couldn't access it, allowing us to focus more on the productivity of our organization.
