What differentiates FileBound from other similar products?

The ability to integrate with our SMS and HR/Business software is invaluable. The workflow capabilities are able to meet our unique needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integrating with our Student Management System has been a great time saver for our district. Anybody with the appropriate security can access what they need to, no matter where they are in the district. When a student transfers schools, the records are at the new building registrar's fingertips immediately. The same is true with our HR records. Supervisors can see their employee's records without having to make a trip to HR to view them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing at this time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look at the product through the eyes of all the different positions in the district. We use the workflows to send employee contracts, employee trainings, capital requests, busing requests...all areas of our district. Make a list of your current processes and think about how you could do them electronically. Look at all your paper filing cabinets and think about how you could electronically file those document.

Constantly innovating and staying up with industry standards.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Price, in line with competitors but still a pricey product. You get your monies worth though.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommend filebound and upland software, great people who care and will help build a solution to fit your specific needs from start to finish.
