There are two things that differentiate one is cost and built in cloud from the start, user friendly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reports and document activity helps a lot for projects that involves in groups.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far I like the software there is none currently

Cost effective in comparison to other date room providers and it is user friendly you can try to start with and make you decision as you move on.
