What differentiates Five9 Auto Dialers from other similar products?

Five9 provided our organization with an exceptional customer experience with seamless and effortless inbound and outbound call management, predictive dialer, progressive dialer, chat, social customer support and more. Furthermore, I tripled the decrease in employee talk time with smart dialers that instinctively screen out unanswered calls and busy signals to ensure the next opportunity is available when the next agent is ready.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity of this application and the option we have to hide it during the call. Provides automated self-service elections with IVR (Interactive Voice Response) functionality. powerful call controls for inbound, outbound, and blended calls and campaigns in a single environment. It brings the intelligent routing to proceed the calls to the correct agents, that is, to obtain the purpose data of the client to predict which are the best paths that the agents should take.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the time our organization made the decision to use Five9 we had some hiccups with agents logging in and sometimes spontaneously logging out. Another detail that we have had while making utility of this tool is that it demands the dashboard option to transfer data as a link. New combinations with new brands are requested. When receiving calls frequently, the page collapses. And I have to disconnect and sign out and sign back in to the app in order to continue receiving calls.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend five9 it's excellent and the user interface is intuitive enough. It also has a caller ID, which is advantageous (this software will help to take calls efficiently, investigate the result of calls and optimize the performance of your call center). On the other hand, I recommend this software because it provides effective communication with firm and confidential telephone service. This system is extraordinary with simple features and easy to understand.
