My favorite aspect is the seamless integration with CRM and the intuitive agent desktop, which makes customer interactions more efficient and effective.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most is that reporting and dashboard customization is limited, and setup/integration can feel more complex than it should be.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
