Flow is an all-in-one project management software and collaborative workspace which helps us coordinate complex projects. Using Flow we can easily collaborate, assign projects, track time, share data, construct our own custom CRM, and handle issues. It centralizes all project papers and communications, allowing our team to be more productive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Using several views, we can easily manage feedback and also measure our progress: this is my favorite feature. We can easily determine our strategy and objectives as well as easily set priorities for our goals and objectives. A huge plus is that we can visually track our progress in real-time. Flow also helps us in ensuring that all of our stakeholders are on the same page for this purpose we can use visual reporting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like that Flow offers a mobile chat app that I can utilize when I'm on the move. However, I frequently encounter bugs and troubles with this application. I'd love to see a new version with more features! It took us a while to figure out how to twist it in various ways but finally, it worked how I wanted.

The Flow project management is a one-stop shop for keeping people, projects, and activities in sync. It will serve you as a single unified solution for all of your project management needs. Reporting, roadmaps, job scheduling, teamworking, and workflow automation are just all available in only one yet less expensive solution.

The Flow project management tool worked excellently by equipping us with the right elements and tools we need to put our projects on a successful path while keeping our team members on the same page so we can streamline project delivery. The Flow project management is helping our team become more productive, transparent, and successful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is that tasks can be smart and readily organized, prioritized, and managed. Custom flows can also be used to automate workflows. Using several views, manage feedback and measure progress. There are even connectors with Google Drive, Zoom, Microsoft Suite, Slack, and hundreds of more services to allow us to connect all of our work and team members in one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customization options are limited which makes it difficult to adjust to our needs however, they provide excellent lesson videos to resolve all issues. The mobile app might use additional improvement, as it can be wonky and just not very user-friendly as well as because they are two, one for tasks and the other for communication they become harder to manage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The Flow project management merely lets you organize and track job tasks, as well as at the same time closely focuses on collaboration to help project management teams stay engaged and complete projects on the fly. Additionally, Gantt charts and Kanban boards are also available to help in organizing workflows and tracking progress.
