The interface is very old and odd looking

The software compatibility with older equipment is what the customer find convenient

The interface-user interaction is one of the aspects that makes me dislike it and not want to use it again

It helps strike the right balance between security and user productivity—minimizing false positives while still preventing data loss. By continuously analyzing context and intent, RAP allows security teams to focus on genuine threats without overwhelming them with noise. This intelligent approach truly sets Forcepoint DLP apart from other solutions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the platform is powerful and highly customizable, setting it up correctly requires in-depth knowledge and can be time-consuming. The user interface could be more intuitive, especially for new administrators, and managing exceptions or creating precise rules often involves a steep learning curve. Additionally, updates and troubleshooting sometimes require vendor support, which can slow down issue resolution.
