Easy to configure and does its job very very very well

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support, very bad support

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product, go for it, but make sure you have competent engineers to work on it. Support engineers can be very slow at critical times. Your engineers should be able to step up to make sure downtime can be recovered ASAP!
